It has been over 30 years since Mike Penn and Peter Mason decided to take their combined skills and experience in the plastic injection mouldings industry and put it into a business of their own.

Today, the plastic injection mouldings company is still going strong as a family run concern, which has seen the second generation move into the flow of things.

Originally starting with just one moulding machine, the plastic injection mouldings company now boasts nine machines in total, ranging in size from 40 Tonne to 480 Tonne.

Our plastic injection mouldings company supplies to wide ranging and diverse sectors of industry, most notably the ultra critical healthcare sector.

Plastic Injection Mouldings Managing Director Andrew Penn comments "the company has the skills, experience and flexibility to cope with small or large scale orders, and will supply batches as small as 500 up to an almost unlimited amount. One of our larger customers takes as many as 100,000 components per month.

As a relatively small plastic injection mouldings company with only 12 employees, we are very responsive to our customer needs and we can respond to changing production requirements within a matter of hours. We are small enough to care, but large enough to cope.

Given the amount of experience we have within the plastic injection mouldings industry, we have been able to build up a massive network of contacts, meaning we can call upon specialists from all areas. We recently completed our biggest ever contract, the design, manufacture and production of 15 new tools for the healthcare sector. This contract alone was worth in excess of £l million pounds."

In the highly competitive plastic injection mouldings industry, companies spring up one day offering the alternative products at ridiculous prices and then close the next, but the one constant factor is this "family run business" from Walsall, still producing quality components and offering an all round service that most other companies can only dream about.
