Every phone call and enquiry no matter how vague or obscure is handled in exactly the same manner. No "job" or "possible product" is dismissed and every avenue is explored. Although set up costs are slightly higher in plastic injection moulding, unit costs are much, much lower than in other moulding processes and the long terms savings that can be made from using plastic iniection moulders are enormous.
