Plastic Injection Moulding

Project Management
We can manage as much or as little of a project as required. We can if necessary design the product, gain any necessary patents, design and manufacture the tool, and also select the correct plastic injection moulding material for the application.

Tooling
We can design and manufacture complete suite of tools, single tools or even modifications and repairs to existing tools, however old and worn they may be. We can also offer prototypes and 3-D modelling.

Additional Operations
We have a dedicated inspection and assembly area where any after plastic injection moulding operations - trimming, insert moulding labelling, printing etc, can be carried out.

Delivery
We operate our own transport, meaning you can receive your goods when you want, whether it be daily, weekly or monthly, at a time convenient to you.
